Numerous herbs and nutrients have been shown to effectively relieve pain from arthritis, disc injuries, neuritis, muscle strains and sprains, fibromyalgia and more.  In order to get good results with “natural” pain relieving products there are a couple things that you should know.  Natural pain remedies don’t work like drugs.  While drugs often work quickly they do so at our expense.  Drugs override the body’s chemistry.  In doing so can through things so out of balance that serious side effects result.  Nutrients and herbs support the body’s chemistry by helping to re-balance it.  They are much safer than drugs, but often don’t work as fast as drugs so.  So please be realistic about how long it takes to see results.  Plan to take a natural pain relief remedy for at least a month or two before deciding whether its working or not.   And if it is, give it another month to see how well it will work for you.
