I am a provider for most insurance groups. These include
- Blue Cross Blue Shield,
- Health Partners,
- Medica,
- Medicare,
- Worker’s Compensation and
- Minnesota No-Fault Auto.
Covered Services:
Most insurance policies cover chiropractic adjustments and therapies such as electrical muscle stimulation, hot packs, acupuncture and exercise training. To learn more about insurance coverage in general for MN chiropractors click here.
Nutritional consultations and nutritional supplements are not usually covered.
Billing Process:
We will file your insurance claims directly with your insurance carrier. Your co-pay is due on the day of the treatment. Once we are notified by your insurance what they are paying and/or what you owe (deductible) we will send you a bill. The turn around time is usually about 1-2 months.
